Jonathan D. Loe
JONATHAN D. LOE is an associate attorney with the firm and helps clients negotiate and successfully close real estate transactions. Mr. Loe received his LL.M. in 2016 and his J.D. (summa cum laude, Order of the Coif) in 2014, both from University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
Mr. Loe is admitted in Arizona and in California and has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers® Rising Star – Real Estate (2022) and by The Best Lawyers in America©: Ones to Watch – Real Estate and Corporate Governance and Compliance Law (2022).
Mr. Loe handles real estate transactions in a variety of contexts, including the purchase and sale of office buildings, industrial buildings, and vacant land, the lease of medical, industrial, and office space, and the development of planned communities. Jon represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers.
Mr. Loe also has experience assisting clients with corporate formation, documentation, corporate governance, member and shareholder dispute resolution, and a wide variety of business transactions including the acquisition and sale of businesses and divisions, ensuring he can assist with complex and unusual real estate matters.
- Assisted a national homebuilder with a $25 million acquisition of land, simultaneous closings of sales of portions of the land to two other homebuilders, and associated easement and development agreements.
- Represented a client in the successful equity acquisition of a golf club for more than $7 million that involved multiple parties, extensive real estate due diligence, and simultaneous loan closings.
- Assisted a capital source with numerous land banking structured financing transactions for homebuilders in Arizona, California, and, with the assistance of local counsel, other states.
- Represented a client in the acquisition, redevelopment, and leasing of downtown Phoenix property, including design and construction agreements and negotiations with government tenant.
