Biskind, Hunt & Semro, PLC has extensive experience in representing a wide variety of clients in diverse real estate transactions. Our experience includes representation involving the acquisition and sale of undeveloped land, commercial, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, golf course, hotel, and residential property, development of master-planned communities as well as individual sites and subdivisions, rolling lot option agreements (including extensive experience in land banking transactions), representation of developers in connection with the formation of improvement districts and community facilities districts, development agreements with municipalities, joint development agreements with private landowners and municipalities, the creation and representation of homeowners’ associations and other owners’ associations, condominiums, various leasing matters for landlords and tenants and various real estate financing matters for lenders and borrowers.

In addition, Biskind, Hunt & Semro, PLC is experienced in the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, with extensive experience negotiating joint venture arrangements. Matters handled by the firm’s attorneys have included primary representation of the developers of DC Ranch in Scottsdale, Verrado in Buckeye, Anthem in Phoenix, One Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Eastmark in Mesa, Marley Park in Surprise, the 4,140 acre Foothills at South Mountain Park master planned community in Phoenix, the 2,000 acre Morrison Ranch community in Gilbert, Villago in Casa Grande and other master-planned communities such as Eagle Mountain in Fountain Hills, and Tramonto and Country Place in Phoenix. The firm also represents a number of developers active in developments located in Pima and Pinal County. The firm’s attorneys have also been actively involved in the acquisition and development of the Superstition Springs mixed-use project in Mesa, Arizona, the original sale of the original office towers and the Ritz Carlton Hotel located at the Camelback Esplanade, and the development and sale of several of the Valley’s most prominent golf courses, including the Terravita Golf Club, Hillcrest Golf Club and the golf courses located at the Foothills, Superstition Springs, Eagle Mountain, Westbrook Village and Gold Canyon Ranch master-planned communities.
